How to use

Step 1:Clean your menstrual disc in boiling water before first use and between cycles.
Step 2:Hold your menstrual disc between your thumb and forefinger to squeeze. Insert it by gliding it back and down towards your tailbone.
Step 3:Push the front rim of your menstrual disc so the edge sits near the base of your cervix.
Step 4:Push up the front rim and tuck under your pubic bone.
Step 5:After 12 hours, untuck the rim from your pubic bone and remove your menstrual disc, keeping it level to avoid spillage.
Step 6:Empty and reinsert.
